Book Presentation of “Top Visual Artists” at Museum of Coral Gables

On the night of Agust 29, 2019, the Coral Gables Museum in Miami was the setting for the presentation of the book “Top Visual Artists,” by Edith Monge Silva. Published by Five Innovations Art. 

Its pages feature the work of 24 visual artists from Asia, Europe, and Latin America: Ángel Almendrales, Christina Lappa , Dorian Hung, Eliseo Higuera, Evelyn Valdirio, Fernando Berra Kossik, Gabriela Becagli , Génesis González , Gustavo Fernández , Hiroko Nakakita , Ibrahim Demir , Irma Strauss, Isaac Bencid, Jimena Gratteri, Lifrancis Rojas , Liliana Munevar , Magdaly Montenegro , María Alejandra León, Marcela García BoniniMarco Caridad , Marianela Pérez , and Rocío Gómez.

 “Miami, our meeting point, continues its expansion and consolidation as a world reference in the artistic endeavor. In this landscape, we want to contribute with the presence of this group of visual artists from different countries, which reflect the diversity and potential of their culture,” said Monge Silva.

The event, framed in Hispafest, the Hispanic American Art and Culture Fair held at the museum. During the presentation, Dr. Joshua Bratter, and the Consul General of Colombia in Miami, Pedro Agustín Valencia Laserna, gave words about the importance of publishing art books for our culture.
