Each sculpture is composed of two pieces of wood assembled with steel screws and metal chains through a clear acrylic piece, which is the base, giving a feeling of flying while simultaneously projecting poetic shadows. Very gestural. It is recommended to use small silver nails to hang on the wall, as the weight is very light.
The series “Bonds of the Soul” surrounds the idea of a love story, two beings connected through their soul; I was inspired by the book “Soul Mates and Twin Flames: The Spiritual Dimension of Love and Relationships” by Elizabeth Clare Prophet.
